Roll Off Rental Agreement

All customers have an obligation to accept our Dumpster lease. The terms of the agreement are listed below. 8. The placement areas, weights, surfaces and various guarantee and represent the customer that any priority rights granted by the customer, from the placement of vehicles/containers of the customer in the most convenient public way, is sufficient to bear the weight of all vehicles, containers and contents of the supplier that are necessary to provide the service requested here. The customer also guarantees a sufficient spillway and lateral sharing to allow the placement and movement of vehicles/containers. The holder is not responsible for damage to a private paving or the corresponding surface of a route necessary for the performance of the services it contains and is not responsible for superior objects and/or accessories such as power lines, overhanging or guttering pipes, trees, walls, corrales, doors, etc., as these obstacles are found in the property of the customer or neighbouring property. The customer agrees that the contractor has access to his containers at all times. If the driver cannot be immediately penetrated by the driver for a reason other than the owner`s fault alone, such as overcharging or blocked access, the customer must pay a fee of two hundred dollars per hour. Dementia charges are set every 15 minutes. If the materials are frozen in the containers due to low temperatures and the contractor must use the necessary equipment to dig up these materials, the customer is charged at least one hundred dollars per deposit. The client also authorizes the holder to use his or her best judgment when placing the containers, even if the contractor finds that the client`s first investment request (if indicated) is not feasible.

Moves and/or “dry trips” are charged at least two hundred dollars per deposit, unless the holder specifies otherwise. Unless the contractor makes written provisions to the contrary, the holder charges the holder a minimum of three tonnes for all “haul and ton” prices and the supplier can estimate tonnage if necessary. Unless otherwise stated in written by the supplier, containers containing content whose tonnage limit is considered to be exceeded at the sole discretion of the holder are charged by the contractor at $99 per tonne and more than three tonnes for the unroller/trailer.
